Delivery of goods to Omniva self-service terminals:

When you choose delivery to Omniva self-service terminals, you will receive an SMS message with the specified information for receiving the parcel.

When choosing Omniva parcel station as the delivery method, the Product will arrive at the parcel station selected by the User within 5 business days after sending the order confirmation to the User's email address. The User is informed about the arrival of the Product at the parcel station by a text message containing the door code, location of the parcel station, return code and storage period. Parcel stations are open 24 hours a day. The Product is stored in the parcel station for 7 calendar days. After the expiration of the aforementioned period, the Product is sent back to the Amalii store. In the event that the User does not collect the Product within the aforementioned period, the User is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with re-sending the Product.
