Warranty

Goods purchased from SIA “LINGENT” are provided with a 2-year warranty. The warranty card is a document confirming the payment for the purchase of the goods, which records the time of purchase of the goods.

• The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects or the quality of raw materials.

• The warranty does not apply if the Warranty Terms of SIA “LINGENT” are not followed:

1.1. the document confirming payment for the Goods has not been saved;

1.2. individual parts of the Product are lost (hardware, zipper, belt, etc.);

1.3. The product has mechanical damage caused by careless use of the product;

1.4. the defect occurred when using the Product for purposes for which it was not intended;

1.5. the defect has occurred as a result of exposure to chemical substances;

1.6. the defect occurred due to failure to follow the Product care instructions specified in the Product specification;

1.7. The product has been repaired by another service provider;

1.8. in cases of natural wear and tear of elements;

1.9. the defect occurred as a result of force majeure or an accident.

• The warranty does not apply if the care instructions of SIA “LINGENT” are not followed.

• Garment care instructions:

2.1. Clothing should be selected according to size and body shape.

2.2. Clothing must be cared for according to the manufacturer's instructions to protect against discoloration, deformation, and other quality losses.

2.3. Before washing the Clothes, carefully read the information on the clothing label and follow the washing and ironing instructions provided there.

2.4. To prevent discoloration of the fabric, it is prohibited to wash clothes of different colors together.

2.5. Turn the garment inside out before washing.

2.6. Choose detergents that are appropriate for the specific color of clothing.

2.7. When washing Clothing in a washing machine, select the appropriate program and temperature setting to prevent shrinkage of clothing and reduce the risk of color fading.

2.8. Before washing the Clothes, make sure that there are no objects in the pockets that can damage the fabric and change the color of the fabric.

2.9. Select the appropriate drying method for the garment (for example: can be machine dried/can be tumble dried).

2.10. When ironing clothing, select the appropriate ironing mode.

2.11. Cleaning of Clothing with solvents and other chemical substances not intended for Clothing care is prohibited.

2.12. Protect Clothing from contact with chemical products.
